HDFC NetBanking is a round-the-clock digital banking platform that allows its customers to transfer funds online, access their bank accounts, and access multiple banking services online. HDFC Bank Netbanking Services

In order to provide ease to all account holders, HDFC Bank has introduced the netbanking facility for all account holders. With the netbanking HDFC service, account holders can access multiple banking services at their own convenience and comfort. Customers are only required to complete their registration process using their netbanking HDFC login credentials.

How to Register for HDFC NetBanking?

To avail the net banking feature, account holders need to simply register on the HDFC net banking portal. You can register online through multiple ways:

Online (Using OTP)

Follow the below steps to register using OTP:

  1. Go to the official portal of HDFC netbanking- www hdfc netbanking

  2. Enter the customer ID

  3. Verify the registered mobile number

  4. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number 

  5. Select and enter the HDFC Debit card credentials 

  6. Set the HDFC NetBanking IPIN

  7. Log in to HDFC NetBanking using the newly set IPIN

Online (Using Welcome Kit)

Account holders can register for netbanking using customer ID and IPIN, which can be found in the HDFC welcome kit. Follow the steps below:

  1. Download the netbanking registration form or go to the nearest bank branch for the same 

  2. Complete the form and submit it to the bank branch 

  3. HDFC will share the IPIN to the account holder’s mailing address

  4. Go to the HDFC net banking portal

  5. Enter Customer ID 

  6. Enter IPIN and click on the ‘Login’ button 

  7. On the next page, the user needs to share the old password, new password for HDFC net banking and also confirm it. 

  8. HDFC netbanking login password will be updated and the account holder can log in with the same. 

ATM

  1. Visit the nearest HDFC Bank ATM 

  2. Insert the debit card and ATM PIN

  3. From the main menu, choose ‘Other Option’ 

  4. Select NetBanking Registration and Confirm 

  5. HDFC Bank will share the IPIN by courier to the account holder’s mailing address 

HDFC Phone Banking

  1. Account holders should dial the phone banking number and share the customer ID and Telephone Identification Number (TIN) or Debit Card and PIN for verification. 

  2. HDFC phone banking agent will accept the registration request

  3. The bank will send the IPIN to the mailing address of the account holder within 5 days

To access HDFC login netbanking, account holders should follow the following steps:

  1. Go to the HDFC Bank official website

  2. Click on the ‘Login’ button

  3. On the next page, click on the ‘Continue to netbanking’ option to visit the HDFC netbanking login page 

  4. Enter User ID/ Customer ID and click on ‘Continue’ 

  5. Enter IPIN/ HDFC NetBanking password and confirm the safe access image and message to log in successfully. 

  6. Finally, welcome HDFC NetBanking

Using the HDFC net banking service, customers can avail multiple features and benefits which make it convenient to manage their savings account and related transactions. Here are some of the notable features related to the service:

  1. Customers can check their account balance and download the account statement (past 5 years)

  2. Customers can open a Fixed Deposit or Recurring Deposit account 

  3. Customers can transfer funds through IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS. 

  4. Easy payments for many utility bills like water, electricity and landline bills 

  5. Analyze credit card information and bill payments

  6. Using net banking, customers can conveniently invest in Mutual Funds

  7. Access online tax-related transactions like tax payments. Moreover, the tax credit statement can also be accessed using this online banking portal. 

  8. Users can update key banking information like Aadhar and PAN card details 

  9. Manage different banking transactions like cheque book request, issue demand draft, debit or credit card request or even stop cheque request. 

  10. Account holders can check loan-related details from the portal 

How to Transfer Funds Using HDFC Netbanking Login?

After a successful HDFC netbanking login, users should be able to make transfers easily:

  1. Once login is completed, click on the ‘Fund Transfer’ option

  2. On the next page, choose the transaction type by clicking on the ‘Go’ button adjacent to other options 

  3. After choosing any of the options available, the account holder can select a drawee account, beneficiary, transfer amount, and transfer description. The account holder also needs to choose the transfer type and where he or she wants to receive the fund transfer status. 

  4. Accept the terms and conditions and click on ‘continue’

  5. On the next page, check all the details and confirm the transfer by clicking on the ‘confirm’ button 

  6. Next, the account holder can get the reference number and acknowledgement of the fund transfer to track it afterwards. 

HDFC Netbanking App Login

You can download the HDFC Bank mobile banking app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After installing the app, log in using your Customer ID and IPIN or set up a quick access PIN for easy access. This will help you manage all banking services safely on your mobile phone. You can auto-activate the app by setting up biometric authentication for easy access. 

How to Pay Credit Card Bill Through Net Banking?

Account holders can pay the credit card bill through HDFC net banking. Account holders having other bank credit cards can also do the same. You just need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the HDFC Bank official website

  2. Click on ‘Login’ 

  3. Next, click on the ‘continue to netbanking’ option to go to the HDFC netbanking login page 

  4. On this page, enter the user ID or customer ID and click on continue 

  5. Enter IPIN or HDFC netbanking password

  6. After successful login, click on the ‘Cards’ option

  7. Click on ‘transact’ and then click on the ‘credit card payment’ option from the dropdown menu 

  8. Choose the credit card type by clicking on the ‘Select Card Payment Type’ option. An account holder can choose between a registered credit card or another credit card

  9. Select the account from which you want to make payment 

  10. Choose between ‘Last statement balance’, ‘minimum amount due’ and ‘other amount’ and confirm the transaction to successfully make HDFC credit card payment through net banking. 

How to Reset HDFC Netbanking Login Password?

If any account holder forgets HDFC netbanking login credentials, there is a forgot password option that can help you out. You can immediately reset or regenerate the net banking password or IPIN by following the below steps:

  1. Go to the HDFC netbanking portal, enter your customer ID, and click on the ‘continue’ button 

  2. Click on the Forgot IPIN option

  3. Next, enter the customer ID and click on ‘Go’ 

  4. Choose one of the methods to authenticate:

  5. Use OTP on the registered mobile number and debit card details 

  6. Use OTP sent to the registered mobile number and email ID 

  7. Enter the details as asked 

  8. Enter the new HDFC NetBanking IPIN 

  9. Continue with HDFC NetBanking login using the new IPIN or password
