Step 1: Open the session link shared by your technician

Step 2: Fill in your name and click on ‘Join Session’

Step 3: Click Download in the new browser that appears 

Step 4: Double-click on ZA_Connect.exe and then hit the Join button to join the remote support session featuring your technician. 

How to Join a Session Using an Email Invite?

Step 1: Open the email invite shared with you by your technician

Step 2: Click on ‘Join Session’

Step 3: The page will open with the pre-filled session ID and name. Click on JOIN Session

Step 4: Click on Download on the next page that comes up. 

Step 4: Double-click on ZA_Connect.exe to join the remote support session conducted by the technician. 

How to Join a Session from an Android Device?

Step 1: Download Zoho Assist-Customer from the Google Play Store 

Step 2: Enter the session key given by your technician

Step 3: Hit accept to allow access to share screen

Step 4: After clicking on the Accept button, the device will show a prompt asking for permission to access content 

Step 5: Once you hit the ‘Start Now’ button, you can start screen sharing 

Step 5: Click ‘Allow’ when asked to give control of the device to the technician to the device.

Step 7: Tap ‘Activate’ when the device administrator asks to remotely control the device to grant access to the technician and let him remotely control your device.
